Candace Bisconte, DMCP
Partner – Orange County
As Partner, Candace has owned a Destination Management Company for over 30 years. Her passion for the industry continues to spark enthusiasm for her continued work as a leader and advocate for the work of DMC’s and their importance to the Hospitality Industry. Candace sits on several local boards and enjoys supporting the Eventis Orange County team and the entire Eventis brand.
Stefany Randazzo, CTA
Director of Sales Management – Orange County
Stefany was introduced to the Hospitality Industry in 2010 when she joined the Eventis Orange County Team as an entry level Sales Coordinator after looking to shift her career path from sports TV and the non-profit world.
Originally from Palm Springs, CA, Stefany quickly fell in love with Orange County and found her new passion in designing and planning local experiences for the corporate travel industry. She quickly worked her way to a sales management role after 2 short years and has brought her unique visionary perspective on all things meetings and incentives ever since.
With a love for the fashion and interior design industries, she brings the most current trends to her programs and great communication skills in servicing her clients.
Kelly Griffith, DMCP, CTA
Director of Operations – Orange County
Kelly started her event career in the Hospitality/Events industry in 2016, excelling in the Walt Disney College Program before shooting into the world of Destination Management. Born and raised in Southern California, Kelly is rooted in all things local, giving our office a meaningful local twist on events, and activities.
Utilizing her knowledge from her time in Program Operations, she excels in developing programs with multiple levels to ensure the vision of a program is truly turned into a reality.

In his role as Vice President & General Manager, Greg interacts on many levels, including client, hotel, vendor and employee relations, business systems, event logistical development and strategic planning.
Greg, who is also a talented lighting designer, oversees our in-house theatrical lighting department which is equipped to meet the needs of our most stunning events.
Palm Springs Leadership
Barb Smith, DMCP
Partner – Palm Springs
Barb has been a part of the hospitality industry since 1976 and in 1988 she opened her own DMC which served the Greater Palm Springs community as the #1 DMC in our destination.
Barb is actively involved in the community including service as Board Member on the GPSCVB, committee member with FICP Hospitality Partners, and service on the Certification & Accreditation Board for ADMEI.
Brad Smith, CTA
Vice President – Palm Springs
Brad joined Eventis Destination Services in 2017. He grew up in the events industry and was onsite supporting events as early as 12 years old. After attending UC Santa Barbara he pursued commercial insurance and healthcare recruitment, but his love of the events industry called him back to Palm Springs.
Brad now continues the legacy of the company his parents began over 30 years ago.
As Vice President of Eventis Palm Springs, Brad oversees the day to day operations of the business, managing vendor, staff, and Partner relationships.
Kelley Howard, DMCP, CTA
Director of Sales & Marketing – Palm Springs
Kelley joined Eventis Destination Services in 2007 and brings over 22 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with over 18 years on the Destination Management side.
Kelley combines her passion for all things Palm Springs with collaborative program design and attention to detail. Her high expectations for both her team and delivery on Eventis’ promises earns her client loyalty, and trust among our local Partners.
Kelley is passionate about giving back to the industry she loves and has held committee/Board positions in MPI, FICP, ADME, and the Convention & Visitors Bureau. Among her acknowledgements, Kelley is a certified DMCP and CTA, has been named Planner of the Year by SDMPI, a “Women who Means Business” by the local chapter, and is a regular contributor to industry publications.
